Today Im going to dust, vacuum, clean the grout behind the sink, cause I noticed it was dusty! Figure out where we are going to put Sarah when she arrives Next Thursday! And have a generally good day. What are you doing?

I HATE when people confuse Corpse Bride with The Nightmare Before Christmas. They are not the same characters. It is NOT part two. They are two different movies. Yes, they both have a dog in them. The end.

Updates

So I know a lot of people have asked, but Im not going to show the invites til next year, it loses the mystery if we do! Plus there are some details we just dont want to share yet, that will be revealed on the invite! In April you can see the save the dates if you wait! ha ha! So the meeting with security went good and we now have a confirmed location for our ceremony and reception! Now the real fun in booking the vendors can begin! We have firmed up our ideas for the following-

Cake
Flowers
Caterer
Rentals
Planners are already done!
lol you can see my priorities, music, cake, etc ha ha!
Just the order I was thinking of things, It seems like there is something else supposed to be on that list too, but it just isnt popping into my head so no big deal!
In other news, Sarah visits Nov 5-12 from Omaha. Hopefully it is awesome weather like she had in January! It was 85 here and -15 on the day she left. Yep, that is a 100 degree temp difference! It was pretty funny to see her leave in a tank top and flip flops and call her boyfriend to bring her boots, hat, scarf, gloves and heavy coat to meet her at her airport! We have alot of fun stuff planned for her visit, like dress shopping, gotta narrow it down, a visit to Disneyland, our Engagement Party! Yay! We did our registry last saturday and it took forever! But at least it is done!! For now! lol

Recap

So this cold thing is still hanging on, I will live, it is just so annoying!
We found the most fantastic person to do invites, and they look sooooo good!
After going through 9 people, it was well worth it! Apparently some people can
listen to your vision, but not put it to paper. Finally got one that could! So at
this point, we are going to have the entire wedding planned out and just sit back
and wait. That is awesome! No stress! Sarah will be here soon, cant wait to see her!
We have fun stuff planned for her visit!

Im looking for a rockstar to do some wedding invitations. We have specific ideas in mind and dont want to be stuck doing those on our own! Are you up for a challenge? Are you a little punk/goth/rock?? If so hit me up!

sick

Im sick. I hope it doesnt turn into swine flu. It seems like it is just a normal weather changed cold. Hopefully that is it! We went to Disneyland on Saturday night and stayed pretty late and it got chilly and then I slept with a fan blowing in my face all night :(
Sunday we went to 2 bridal faires. We got soooo much information it was overwhelming at first, but now I have gone through it all and decided who to keep in mind and who to pass on. We are fortunate enough to have a lot of people volunteering to help out and access to a flower mart so that will cut alot of costs.
I cant pick a dress. Well I take that back, I havent found "the one" yet. I did try on an essence of australia dress that was custom made for a shop I wandered in too and it was gorgeous, all hand beaded red swarovski crystals. But the train was about 10 feet long and I find that a bit too much. Plus it was $1500 and that is outrageous for something that will get ruined and go back in a bag! So Im still looking. I sold an old dress to a consignment shop last week and they had a gorgeous wedding dress there, for sale, $325 but I was there after hours and planned to come back during business hours. Friday I tried to go but it was Octoberfest, there was nowhere to park and when we finally found a spot and ran over to the store, they werent even open. What the heck?? So tomorrow I will go back, if Im not dead.
